Processing Time:

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

 New Zealand (Domestic): Standard track & trace delivery via CourierPost / NZ Post (2–4 business days). Free standard shipping on orders over $50.

 Australia: International tracked shipping (5–10 business days).

 Rest of World: International standard shipping (7–15 business days).

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery destination.

Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive an automated email containing your courier tracking details.
